The client operated a boutique skincare and aesthetics brand expanding from a single-market presence into a multi-market regional footprint. The expansion required digital-marketing capabilities the company did not previously rely on: performance marketing tied to specific market entries, regional analytics tooling, content localisation across multiple Southeast Asian markets. The existing marketing executive had run a generalist scope, with limited exposure to those specific competencies.
What changed and why CCP applied
