Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of bizgrants.consulting (the “Site”) and any advisory engagement with BizGrants Consulting (“BizGrants”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms; if you engage us as an adviser, your separate engagement letter takes precedence over the engagement-related sections below.

1. Who we are

BizGrants Consulting is a Singapore-registered grant advisory firm specialising in Workforce Singapore Career Conversion Programmes (CCP), Job Redesign Grants, and SkillsFuture-supported workforce funding. Office: 60 Paya Lebar Road, #06-28, Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051.

2. Use of the site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or accounts.
  • Use automated tools to scrape content beyond what robots.txt permits.
  • Misrepresent your identity when submitting forms or scheduling calls.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Site or its security features.

3. Information on the Site

Content on the Site, including pillar guides, blog articles, eligibility examples, and pathway summaries, is provided for general information only. It is not a substitute for personalised advisory. CCP pathway rules, salary caps, supported durations, and eligibility criteria are set by Workforce Singapore and its programme partners and may change without notice. Always verify current criteria with us or directly with WSG before relying on any figures.

4. Engagement: success-fee model

Our standard engagement is a success-fee model:

  • Initial scoping conversations and eligibility checks are at no charge.
  • Advisory and application work proceeds against a written engagement letter.
  • Fees become payable only when a CCP, Job Redesign Grant, or related application is approved by the relevant programme partner.
  • The engagement letter sets out the fee percentage or fixed amount, payment milestones, and any out-of-pocket disbursements.

We do not guarantee approval. Our role is to scope eligible roles, structure compliant documentation (job descriptions, OJT plans, declarations), and manage the submission process. Final approval rests with WSG and its programme partners.

5. Confidentiality

Information you share with us in the course of an engagement (including hiring plans, salary structures, employee details, and business strategy) is treated as confidential. We use it only for the purposes of the engagement and disclose it to programme partners only with your instruction. See our Privacy Policy for details on personal data handling under the PDPA.

6. Intellectual property

All Site content (text, design, photography, logos) is owned by BizGrants Consulting or licensed to us. You may share short excerpts with attribution and a link back to the source page. Bulk reproduction, republication, or commercial use requires our written permission.

7. Third-party links and tools

The Site links to and integrates with services operated by third parties (Calendly, Formspree, Google, Microsoft, Apollo.io, Workforce Singapore). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of those external services.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

Our total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the Site is limited to the fees paid (if any) by you to BizGrants in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
