Privacy Policy

BizGrants Consulting (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a Singapore-registered grant advisory firm providing Career Conversion Programme (CCP), Job Redesign Grant, and SkillsFuture funding consulting. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

By using this website or engaging our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described below.

1. What we collect

From the contact form (Formspree)

When you submit our contact form, we collect:

Name
Email address
Contact number
Your message and any details you choose to share about your hiring or workforce plans

From the email opt-in (mailing list)

When you subscribe for grant insights, we collect your name, optional company name, and work email.

From your visit (analytics)

We use the following third-party tools to understand how visitors use our site. Each may set cookies or process technical data such as IP address, browser, device type, referrer URL, pages visited, and session duration:

Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC), aggregate usage analytics
Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation), behavioural analytics, including session recordings and heatmaps
Apollo Website Tracker (Apollo.io Inc.), B2B visitor identification for outreach
Calendly (Calendly LLC), meeting scheduling, when you book a call

2. How we use your data

To respond to your enquiry and assess grant eligibility for your company
To deliver advisory services if you engage us
To send grant insights and case studies (mailing list subscribers only; you can unsubscribe at any time)
To improve the website, content, and user experience
To meet legal and regulatory obligations under Singapore law

3. Legal basis

Under the PDPA, we rely on your consent (given by submitting a form, subscribing to the mailing list, or engaging our services) and on legitimate interest (analytics, security, and the ordinary administration of our business).

4. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We share data only in the following circumstances:

Service providers: Formspree (form processing), Calendly (scheduling), Google (analytics, mail), Microsoft (analytics), Apollo.io (visitor identification). Each is bound by its own privacy obligations.
Workforce Singapore (WSG) and programme partners: only with your explicit instruction and consent, when we submit a CCP or Job Redesign Grant application on your behalf.
Legal obligations: if required by court order, government investigation, or applicable law.

5. Data retention

Contact-form submissions: 24 months from submission, unless you become a client (in which case we retain engagement records for 7 years for tax and audit purposes, per IRAS guidance).
Mailing-list data: until you unsubscribe.
Analytics data: per the retention defaults of each provider (typically 14 months for GA4, up to 13 months for Clarity).

6. International transfers

Several of our service providers (Google, Microsoft, Apollo.io, Calendly, Formspree) process data outside Singapore. We rely on each provider’s contractual safeguards to ensure a comparable standard of protection to the PDPA.

7. Your rights

Under the PDPA you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate or outdated information
Withdraw consent for further processing (which may end our ability to deliver services)
Lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore (pdpc.gov.sg)

To exercise any of these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer (see Section 9).

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including HTTPS encryption in transit, access controls on internal systems, and contractual obligations on our service providers. No internet transmission is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
