Who we work with

Singapore-registered employers hiring or reskilling Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents. Most engagements are with SMEs and growing corporates across F&B, biotech, engineering, hospitality, professional services, and tech. Roles span sustainability, digital, HR, operations, sales, and engineering.

How we work

Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute scoping call. If a CCP, Job Redesign Grant, or related pathway is a real fit, we move to a written engagement letter on a success-fee basis. You don’t pay until the application is approved.

We keep client lists deliberately small because every CCP application is bespoke. Expect clear documentation, weekly progress notes, and direct access throughout, no agency layer, no junior associates passing your file around.

Compliance & data handling

BizGrants Consulting operates under Singapore law. Personal data shared during enquiries and engagements is handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), see our Privacy Policy. Engagement terms, including the success-fee structure and the limits of our advisory role, are set out in our Terms of Service and detailed in each engagement letter.

We do not guarantee approval. Our role is to scope eligible roles, structure compliant documentation, and manage the submission process. Final approval rests with WSG and its programme partners.
